We NEED Those Stink'in Patches!

While doing research for our California Cowgirl collection,

I saw lots of embellished patchwork and distressed iron-ons, whether is be on hats or denim or fanny packs -

they all looked good.

Here is a page from my original Look Book that I created

prior to the season to get a feel for trends and key looks

from the street and runway.

Then is was a matter of "scratching" to find the right style/color/size of patches to fit our California Cowgirl's flair.

I ended up just designing our own.

Scratching
verb (late 50s early 60s term)
1.    To dig in and paddle faster, smarter, quicker, more
      efficiently than other surfers so to catch and drop
      into the wave faster than others.
2.    To rub or scrape (the skin) to relieve itching.
