Navajo jewelry artisan, Rethema Tsosie, still resides on the Navajo reservation at the Arizona/New Mexico border. She continues to create contemporary southwestern jewelry in the traditional styles that have been passed down to her through generations. She has crafted a variety of multi-strand necklaces that always make a statement. This hand-crafted creation is a lovely three-strand necklace of melon heishi shell beads interspersed with turquoise nuggets and finished with a traditional cord wrap.
